the pharmacy staff are hard to deal with .
I has a medical procedure recently at a hospital in Fresno which unfortunately connected me with Integrated Care Services in Visalia. I was paying over $200 a week for the medication in which I paid in full for over 5 weeks. Before each visit, Integrated Care Services would call and ask me for a current count of products that was needed for my home care visits. I paid on time weekly and have proof that I did. Rebeca is the “manager” and has no supervisor but her bedside manner and professionalism is dismal. I have had a referral for infusion that was sent the beginning of December and never heard back from them. I’ve called every week trying to get an update and someone will always “call me back” but no one ever calls me back.
