I have neck pain and after my session with Grant I felt like I could stand taller, and I didn’t have to rest my head on my chest and spine to avoid pain. Highly recommend, very professional.
Visit 2 I have began a healing massage regiment with Grant. He is sending circulation to my hands, which are arthritic, and bringing me movement and comfort. The term “Massage therapy “alone does not give justice to the Holistic therapy that Grant offers at Integrated Care: Bodywork. His offering is not inclusive of just massage, the sessions Grant offers are truly a holistic experience that involves complex comprehensive understanding of your unique healing needs. My massage experience was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Grant took the time to really listen and understand what was going on with my body so the session could be tailored exactly to my needs. Throughout the massage, he incorporated different healing modalities—like aromatherapy, cupping, and hot towels—that elevated the experience to a whole other level. Wow! What an amazing and relaxing experience. The in-home studio is soo calm and relaxing from start to finish. Grant did a tremendous job whose value far surpasses any expectations and all experiences I've had with other massage therapists. If you need some tension relief and reduce stress, I can't recommend Grant enough. What a wonderful massage and experience.
