Grant is the best! I always look forward to my Massage! He uses state of the art massage techniques as well as has tons of experience that you can feel in his hands. I always feel leaving so much better than when I went in. I 10/10 recommend Grant!

I've had a few sessions yearly for almost 2 years. I highly recommend using Integrated Care:10/10, 5 stars, Best in Business!! Not only are the massages worth the amount, but the products also help in between sessions: essential oils and rubs. Feel good smell good!!

Grant is very good at noting and detecting the pain level your are having and getting results in recovery. He recommends excerises that can improve your mobility, decrease your stiffness or improve your flexibility.

I have neck pain and after my session with Grant I felt like I could stand taller, and I didn’t have to rest my head on my chest and spine to avoid pain. Highly recommend, very professional.
