They don’t do traditional psychotherapy where you speak to a therapist on a regular basis to receive long term help. I did not find this out until after having one telehealth visit but that is not their fault as I found them on the Internet and assumed traditional psychotherapy. Like others, I was not able to speak to anyone until my first paid session as my first appointment was scheduled through the web/email. Count me in as another dissatisfied client. Totally different experience with support staff here vs CCP Main Office. Unfriendly unhelpful essentially rude to when I reached out. Getting basic info is a chore and you feel like you're bothering them. Used to love my clinician there but I refuse to deal with the office staff at this point. How bad is it that everyone on here seems to have the same customer experience, the same complaints and they’ve seemingly done nothing to address the problem?
Had a referral after a check up but was not contacted until over a week later and only after I submitted a request to become a patient on their site. There's no way to actually speak with anyone when you call the office. I was texted at 4:34 asking if I would like to receive information over texts. I responded and received an automated message that the office closes at 4:30 and heard nothing the rest of the day. I'm now apparently being shuffled off to some telehealth company with less than promising reviews. I asked for mor... read more
