Do not go here. It is the worst psychiatrists clinic I have ever been to. They push medication on you that has absolutely nothing to do with why you are there. They do not listen to you at all! And they are supposed to be helping people.
I just started going here (Only 3 app so far) and read the reviews first before going. So I was under the impression I was going to have a bad experience. That was NOT the case. Every single person I spoke to was nice and curious. Meaning the Front Desk Staff, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors. They make you very aware of being early to your appointments and even give you the calculated time required instead of the real time to help with this. This office is awful. My husband had an appointment and the lady said he could do an intake and medicine appointment together if we came on this certain day at 1:00. She said to arrive 30 mins early (12:30)… we was arriving at 12:15 to make sure we made the appointment time and she called us 40 mins before his appointment time and said they would need to move his appointment because the provider won’t do both at the same time and that he could come at 1:30 for an intake and then the next day for the medicine appointment. I am so glad that I started coming here! Office staff has been so nice and has worked with me. I see Marcus for psychiatry and Christina for therapy—they are both soooo helpful! I have had a very tough year and they have helped in so many ways.
If you're appointment is @ 10 a.m., you must be there by 9:45 or they cancel your appointment. No, this is not a joke.
