I am so glad that I started coming here! Office staff has been so nice and has worked with me. I see Marcus for psychiatry and Christina for therapy—they are both soooo helpful! I have had a very tough year and they have helped in so many ways.
If you're appointment is @ 10 a.m., you must be there by 9:45 or they cancel your appointment. No, this is not a joke.
Not sure I have ever come across a more unhelpful and unprofessional mental health office in my 38 years of dealing with my health issues. Photo to back my review. . . . I had my second appointment with the office on Friday 1/3/25. Unfortunately at 12:15 I was leaving for my 12:50 appointment and my truck wouldn't start. I called the office immediately and got no answer so I left a voicemail explaining that I couldn't make the appointment do to the truck issue and asked for a call back to reschedule.
