Overpriced and pointless service 1/10 do not use
We needed to upgrade the system in our home and contacted Chris with Integrated. He assured us they could help and we scheduled a time for him to come assess our needs. He was prompt, courteous and efficient and had an estimate for us that day. We scheduled the install for a few days later when the equipment came in. Install was great. Harrison was super responsive through the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. I'm incredibly happy with my setup, my neighbors might not be but I am. Edit: 18 months later, my receiver stopped working. I emailed Harrison late (after 6pm) and he instantly responded. The next morning, someone was here to take a look. The team handled the warranty exchange, came back and swapped the bad unit for the replacement and I was back up and running again.
