I have used IAL for work in the past which had been positive. This latest project was a disaster. The results are 3 weeks late and I got 1/2 of what I needed after multiple conversations and emails. I asked that they adjust the price based on the lateness and the limited results. It was met with an emphatic (my opinion only) NO. If I needed the results on a rush basis, I am sure they would pass that charge on to me. Poor customer service by the leaders there. If you have other laboratory choices, I would use it.
