There were days of waiting between responses with whoever was texting me from their office to "find a solution," because they don't take my insurance. During this time they continually referred me to resources that either also did not take my insurance, were about a 5 hour drive one way, or were not what I was asking for. My therapist here was great. The administrative side has been difficult, unfortunately. Last year, my insurance was billed and paid, and all was fine. Nothing changed in my coverage, but coding changed on the provider's end, and I've been overpaying for services for a bit. I've been going back and forth with them for a refund for a few months to no avail. For a mental health care provider especially, the response has been lacking. Wouldn't recommend if you are using insurance to pay for services.
