Bethany is an amazing human and holds a sacred safe space. The somatic experience was new to me but she made it very comfortable and easy to.communicate. treat yourself to a session, your spirit will thank you.
Bethany is world-class: it is truly an honor to receive her touch. I am a tough crowd who has experienced bodywork of various kinds since the ripe old age of eight, literally hundreds of treatments, and structural issues that I have had for over 25 years, Bethany has significantly changed and improved in just a few cumulative hours. Absolutely astounding, highly recommended: I suggest booking at least 90 minutes per session. Thank you Bethany, keep up the great work!
Bethany is a fantastic body worker. Three words that come to mind are nonjudgmental, knowledgeable/experienced, and pragmatic (ok four). Plus she’s nice. I’ve done massage for years for chronic shoulder pain. Since working with Bethany I feel like I understand my pain better and how to work on it outside of therapy. I think it’s getting better.
