Beth at Integrate Fitness is fantastic. The Functional Fitness classes are perfect for any fitness level, and I have noticed real change in my strength and energy. The people who come to the classes are welcoming and supportive, and Beth creates a new class every day, so you might get puffed, but you'll never be bored.
Integrate Fitness provides ’Excellent’ programs (Functional Fitness) that cater for the individual in group sessions or personal training sessions. Beth’s inclusive practice is dynamic, engaging and never repetitive. This is a very friendly place to develop and maintain a healthy fitness routine.

Highly recommended. These are fantastic functional fitness sessions for all levels - attending these sessions has vastly improved my fitness, strength and overall health. Each class is different, so your body is constantly being challenged in a varied and safe way - it never gets boring. The Head Trainer, Beth', is a great communicator - her instructions are clear and she will scale the exercises to the individual's abilities. As a bonus, it is also a fun group of supportive and motivated men and women.
