Update:It appears they are trying to Counter my review with multiple reviews from the same person! With that said I have much more! By 2010 I had to seek mental counseling (Dr Warren). Somewhere along the way they took away one of my raises. I never worked full time again! I will keep checking back now to update as needed. I was somewhat kind on the original review. I know other service techs who also had problems and had to quit. Note: I'm open to a small settlement to have this removed permanently. Most of the people here ... read more

I Worked here for 5 years and it was OK. I had a huge responsibility to build the florida territory that quite frankly they had no clue how to do. Their corporate office was located in central Florida for about 2 decades but they just couldn't figure it out! After hiring me in 2008, we had it growing at a steady pace, with plenty of help from the sales team!! We put some major customers on board including Harris corp.. Harris is now L3/Harris Where we put over 150 printers under maintenance contracts plus plenty of sales of ... read more

This has by far been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my family, the company, the never ending experience gives me drive, the opportunity that was presented to me is exactly what I got, I’ve been a franchisee for almost 1 1/2 years and the flexibility is honestly what I love most.
