After a couple of years of being retired I found myself getting less and less active and less social. I knew deep down that I needed to change my habits. One day while on Facebook I saw an add about the Integral wellness centre. Hello, I joined Intergral Wellness beginning of May. If you are, like me, in need of a boost and a positive, no judgement but more like an encouraging place where you can push yourself in a healthy way, then maybe you should try too. At Intergral Wellness I find myself in good hands, they are experts at what they are doing. The trainers are full of energy, and very welcoming and did I mention, they are always so happy!
