After a couple of years of being retired I found myself getting less and less active and less social. I knew deep down that I needed to change my habits. One day while on Facebook I saw an add about the Integral wellness centre. What caught my attention was that they specialize in helping people 45+ to feel their best and that you could attend a free class to try it out. It was perfect! Hello, I joined Intergral Wellness beginning of May. If you are, like me, in need of a boost and a positive, no judgement but more like an encouraging place where you can push yourself in a healthy way, then maybe you should try too.
