I'm on my fourth week at Integral Wellness and I have zero regrets! I love their laidback, yet structured approach to wellness! I also love their holistic approach and personalized services! I am not one for boring routines or doing the same thing all the time so this environment is perfect for me, lots of variety offered through personal training and fun classes!
If you feel out of shape, intimidated by classic gyms, or if you simply need that extra kick. If you need nutrional help, accountability, or just small pieces of advice to improve at your own rythm. If you're looking for a great and supportful community, doing exercise while having fun. Then this is T.H.E. R.I.G.H.T. place for you!
Even with my arthritis I can participate fully in the program. The coaches are all great. They make the sessions fun and rewarding. Go team Go.

Integral Wellness is a great place to train. The trainers are excellent, very supportive, and always make sure you do the exercises the right way. Every session feels personal and motivating. I’ve learned a lot and I feel stronger and healthier. Highly recommend!
