Great customer service, highly recommend integral movement
My 11 year old son has been doing Exercise physiology with Dennis and we have seen so much improvement in just afew sessions. He was suffering a lot of pain in his feet and lower legs especially during football and training Dennis talked with him about his pain and was able to create pre-training at home exercises he could do to help which have really helped. I came to Brad with painful bursitis in my hips and shoulder, and it was stopping me from doing so many everyday things. Brad created a program just for me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and kept me motivated the whole way through. Now my pain is so much better, my movement is freer, and I feel stronger and more confident. Brad genuinely cares, and it shows — I can’t recommend him enough!
Highly recommend Integral Movement for exercise physiology. I had a comprehensive assessment and was extremely happy with the guidance, exercises and suggestions given to improve my issues. Brad is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and so very helpful. Fantastic set up with the best of equipment and technology.
