Can't believe they are still in business. Half their service people are over seas the dispatcher and service manager I hear are in Haiti . They probably not paying their bills like always to stay alive. Lol

I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of Integral Lift Trucks. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating, primarily due to their blatant disregard for timely payments. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and several promises from their side, they have consistently failed to pay their outstanding bills. Horrible place to work for and even worse to have them repair your equipment. Extremely piss more management, over half of the important employees such as parts people, who have 0 experience, are based overseas. I highly recommend avoiding integral lift trucks at all costs. Especially if you're looking for a job. They make a lot of promises but it's all false hopes.

Update- John Stokes (Manager) took my request in his own hands. He made the decision to get our forklift towed to his shop (at his cost) and corrected what was needed. He took it upon himself to fabricate the the brackets needed for the alternator during after-hours top get the job done. I appreciate the urgency as well as how he mended any relationship for future Service. Thanks John you have been a great help!!!!
