Cole and Evan did excellent work on my Nanaimo home installing brand new windows. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Cole even took time to look at another matter on the home that was not part of the original job and provided solid advice which has resolved the issue. All of our windows are now up to date but if I have any window issues or needs in the future, I will not hesitate to get Integral Installations to help me. Thanks guys.
Milgard hired Cole to preform service work on my patio door. Cole set the time and date for his employee to do the repair but the day of repair, an hour before the scheduled time, Cole rescheduled for a few hours later. Totally fine, things happen. But then the employee never showed up, no one called to let me know. I called Cole and left a message about his employee not showing up, he didn't call back. I called the next afternoon to re arrange a time, Cole stated he was busy with his truck and would call me back, never did.... read more
