I have extreme anxiety and haven’t seen a dentist for over 5 years. I went to the Portage location and am so grateful for the entire team there. I was immediately comfortable. I felt no panic and this is a direct result of a good working environment. You can just feel it. Special thanks to Dr. Nepon who educated me more than anyone in the past 45 years. Great visit.

Receptionist and admin are always rude and are money motivated. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them at all locations but the situation below is what made me stop going here. I had my braces done here and after a bit my teeth started shifting on the bottom cause my orthodontist didn’t deem a bottom retainer as necessary. I called and they wouldn’t allow me to book an appointment to see my orthodontist cause they said I owed them money for a missed appointment fee when i was sick. Been to all three locations and it’s awesome! The receptionists are nice. I’ve been going to Dr. Yue for 3 years now and he’s amazing!! I highly recommend you going to Dr. Yue if you ever need any type of orthodontics done! He’s gentle, nice and patient! He completely understands you when you need something done or concerned about something. Once you tell him about a problem he tends to fix it right away. He’s amazing!!
We had an excellent experience at Integral dental . They dealt with my son's dental phobia with ease and professionalism . He had seen multiple dentists in the 3 years prior and didn't feel comfortable or safe enough to be treated by them. He had 6 cavities , a chipped tooth and needed 4 wisdom teeth removed. He had a meet and greet /assessment with 2 dentists who answered all of his questions patiently and my son immediately felt at ease with them.
