Unfortunately not very understanding when you have sick children at home and cannot make it to an appointment. Zero compassion for single parents. Will bring my oldest daughter for work here just because of the sedation option, but for myself I will find a more understanding dental office.

I have extreme anxiety and haven’t seen a dentist for over 5 years. I went to the Portage location and am so grateful for the entire team there. I was immediately comfortable. I felt no panic and this is a direct result of a good working environment. You can just feel it. Special thanks to Dr. Nepon who educated me more than anyone in the past 45 years. Great visit.
I highly recommend Dr. Luong, he really cares to his patient. He provides great information in a reaasuring manner and very patient. Thank you Dr. Luong for your emphatic care, I really appreciate all the help you’ve given me.
