Small company but big corporation mindset. For once I thought I was a part of a company that really cared about their contractors. The way they let us go was very careless. I think what was really hurtful is just how they decided to handle this. It seems they only care about their “clients” than the actual contractors that put in the work for them to keep on renewing and getting new contracts. A project that had contractors contracts ending no time soon was let go with no real notice. Couldn’t even finish out the pay period.... read more
