I absolutely LOVE Integral Communities! The Rowan housing project in Escondido is high quality and a great asset to Escondido. I cannot wait until their latest project - 510 units in downtown Escondido is finished. It will be the highlight of downtown and pump in some much needed life.
Wants to only build 500 units 3-4 stories on 14 acres at the old Palomar Hospital property. Our downtown deserves more upscale and denser. Buildings should be taller and podium style. Don't go cheap on Escondido Integral. Oceanside and San Marcos are doing their downtown's the right way.
