Bullying culture towards employees, double standards regarding health and safety. A box ticking company. No respect towards clients, work ethics or staff.
Got to the interview stage, I had read the job description and knew roughly what the role was about . But when asking about term and conditions it started to gain on me that it was a commutation breakdown between what the HR was offering and the contract manager was offering. Very misleading and unprofessional.
