My car was grinding awfully from the rear end.I took it to integra tire. I said I think it needs back brake work or new bearings. There so called mechanic looked at it he told me it needed a new hub and bearings on the right side. He said the brakes were fine. I paid over $600 for this.Drove away noticed a bit of grinding noise coming from the back when I hit my brakes. It got way worse as the day went on. It’s the best tyre shop in town. I popped in without an appointment to have a tyre checked that I’d noticed two days earlier was gradually losing air (about 1–2 PSI per day). The shop assistant arranged a slot with a mechanic, and the repair was completed in 20 minutes - before I’d even finished my cup of coffee. There are no more air leaks, and the vibration I’d been feeling has disappeared. I enjoyed a three-day trip to the Kootenay region without any worry. I highly recommend this shop.
I'm so very disappointed in its decline. I've been using Integra for over 25 years, and have recommended them to many people, however this is now ending. I took my diesel GLE to be serviced, oil, oil filter and all fluids topped up as we were going on a trip. I specifically asked for the DEF to be topped up. We were preparing for our trip I thought I'd top off the DEF just in case, and had to add over 6 litres after only 169km since service. I brought my truck in for what I believed was a starter issue. The front desk representative, Terry, informed me it was a battery problem and the positive terminal was to be replaced. Because my truck was already in the shop and undrivable, I had no practical way to get a second opinion or to retrieve my vehicle before authorizing repair.
