Took my truck Ram 1500 for the wheel alignment after brand new tires installed. After 30 mints waiting in the shop guy told me that job can’t be done because of too much play in the wheel bearing and charge $89 for investigating and quoted me $1000 for the repairs . Now, Mechanic who installed tires said wheel bearing is in really good condition and alignement can be done. Will Never go to this shop again because they are scammers.
Inquiried about winter tyres@ integra tire auto kelowna. the answering lady asked million of questions and said she ll return the call in mins with details. 24hrs has passed never return the call. Called again and no idea of past asked again million of questions again with unpleasant harsh tone. No no not anymore. Very bad customer service
Grossly incompetent and negligence tire shop . My wheel spacer stripped out the tech continued to torque gun it until there was absolutely no chance of getting it off he then had a second one strip out . So 2 of 5 lugs stripout They then called me out to the bay to show me . When I asked if they could zip disk it off he said no and put my car outside with 3 LUG NUTS holding my tire on and told me " I dont know what to do or who to even send you to " .
