UPDATE- I got a response from the shop (below) and I appreciate the apology. I had to cancel an appt (the day before) and the guy on the phone was super pissed and let me know it. I didn't expect to be yelled at. Life happens - it's part of doing business. With this kind of treatment I would never deal with this shop.
Was just passing through here on a trip over the weekend and needed a tire repair and front end alignment, they immediately helped us out and got us back on the road in no time. Completely professional the entire time, I particularly liked Wayne in the back who was funny. George was on point to manage the entire repair. Thanks for your help!
Good at taking your money! Dont be fooled by their alignment special... inexperienced when it comes to diagnosis. Was told i would receive a report of what needed to be fixed it unable to perform alignment... this didn't happen, they were unsure what part was causing the issue. Literally 4 minutes with a reputable shop diagnosed the issue. Guess I drew the short stick and got an incompetent technician.
I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews before falling for their alignment scam...Not only was no work performed, they failed to provide a valid reason, and on top of that George was very rude and condescending. Won't be back and will share my experience with others.
