I can’t say enough good things about the team at Kal Tire in Crowsnest Pass. We blew two tires on our trailer and pulled in about 10 minutes before their lunch break with two toddlers in tow. Instead of turning us away or asking us to come back later, the crew immediately got to work and even stayed through their lunch hour to get us safely back on the road. Would give zero Stars if possible. Sat and waited for a tire torque for 30 minutes ask twice about if somebody was coming out and the response was somebody will be right out but nobody came. I can't believe we sat and waited for 30 minutes with no service
