Absolutely amazing people to work with! Special shoutout to Amanda and Justine, but honestly, everyone at Kal Tire in Blairmore has been incredibly helpful. They really know what they’re doing, they’re honest, and you can trust that they’ll only charge you for what actually needs to be done. No unnecessary work or overcharging, just good, honest service from people who know their stuff. Really glad to have a business and people like this in our community. Highly recommend them!
On Friday I limped into the shop 3 hours into my 8 hour drive home with a damaged, rare tire. These folks could not have been more helpful. Sent an employee to Sparwood to get the tires. Sent me off on a bike ride (I had mine) along the river and into Coleman with a restaurant recommendation. They were super busy but a few hours later I was on my way! Excellent service, shout out to Justin who pulled it all together! Thank you!
Had a trailer tire blow out about 10kms from them just as they were closing. Had no idea they did after hours call outs or any mobile service. They put a rim and tire together for me and came out and changed it and saved me a night and possibly a weekend of leaving my boat on the side of the road. Justin was wonderful to deal with. The after hours and mobile charge was very reasonable.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Kal Tire in Crowsnest Pass. We blew two tires on our trailer and pulled in about 10 minutes before their lunch break with two toddlers in tow. Instead of turning us away or asking us to come back later, the crew immediately got to work and even stayed through their lunch hour to get us safely back on the road.
