I've dealt with my fair share of less than honest mechanics. This is not the case with Integra Tire in Red Deer (both locations). I've used them since I moved to Red Deer three years ago, and quite a bit recently as we are getting ready to move out of province. I've dealt a lot with Brad and Tim, and they have never have tried to pull a fast one, are always friendly and patient, and will try to help you save money when possible. Also, best alignment shop in town. Thanks again!
I took my truck in to them with a grinding noise in the front end and they were able to fix it within an hour. I took it to a diffrent shop before and they had it for 2 days and couldn't figure it out. Hands down best costumer service. They saved me a massive headach!
Recently ended up with a flat tire. I went to another establishment who told me my tire was un-repairable. I ended up calling Integra who asked me to bring it in for them to look at. They were able to repair my tire and save me buying a brand new tire(my vehicle only had 1600 kms on it) Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and were able to get me fixed the same day!
In all my life, the most honest mechanic. Always looking out for my bottom line. Always on time.
