Just had low profile tires replaced on my 2021 Subaru WRX STI. Staff went above and beyond expectations. Zero marks on the rims. Perfect wheel balance. They even noted which were the fronts. Very satisfied and highly recommend the shop.
Booked in for a wheel alignment and asked them to check my A/C. For the A/C, they did a basic service and then told me what it might be—no clear diagnosis, no real direction, just uncertainty after charging me. The alignment was not set correctly. When I returned, they blamed my tires instead of fixing their work. I took it to another shop afterward and they confirmed the alignment had been done incorrectly.
