Very disappointing experience. After new tires and a rotation, one front tire dropped to 14 PSI. Staff later admitted valve stems hadn’t been replaced. I returned specifically to have them addressed and waited over an hour, only to find out they replaced only two valve stems, not all four. No one explained why, and I felt spoken around rather than helped. This should have been handled properly the first time. I won’t be back.

Thought this will be the place to get stuff modified on my Jeep. Well I was wrong, the salesman at the counter was grumpy, and told me quote " Thats stupid, it's just a Jeep, not a real vehicle ". I happen to love my Jeep, and walked out the door. I'll never be back, that's for darn sure.

Not very good, was quoted more than what a dealership costs. Work with a large company who deals their multi million dollar fleet with them and got refused the discount where every other shop that we spend millions with goes above and beyond. Would not recommend!
