We had battery problems early Saturday morning and this shop was recommended to us. Paul doesn't carry batteries but with in minutes, he had his helper on the way to NAPA and with efforts, had me on the road again in minutes! I can not express just how wonderful the customer service was. For exceptional service, go there!!
Would give more than 5 stars! Travelling Across Canada and our trailer from UHaul had the tread wear right off and was showing the cords of the tire. This happened 6km from Integra and we called them up and said they could fix her up! We got here at a busy time and they took care of us and sent us on our way in no more than forty five minutes! All the employee's were great and the waiting area was clean and bright. Would highly recommend for emergency tires repairs or your scheduled maintenance!!!
Billy and his team have restored my faith in humanity and confirmed there's still good, willing to help, people out there. We blew a tire 45 mins out of Brooks and once we pulled into town to head to a different shop, we saw the doors on Billy's shop were open despite their hours showing closed. I took a chance and phoned Franklin's and to my surprise, Billy had the tire in stock and was able to get us in and back on the road in no time. Billy & his crew saved the day after we blew a tire on hwy1 with 6 hours left to home, they had us in and out within 30 minutes of phoning. Awesome guys, awesome service and awesome prices!
They ruined the nut with wheel lock. They use impact gun onto the special socket to remove the wheel lock which is not suppose to.
