I brought my vehicle to this shop for a Safety Inspection because my insurance company required it. The technician told me that my vehicle would need about $2,500 in repairs in order to pass the inspection. However, when I asked for a written report listing the parts that needed to be replaced, they refused to provide one and only wanted to explain everything verbally. We had battery problems early Saturday morning and this shop was recommended to us. Paul doesn't carry batteries but with in minutes, he had his helper on the way to NAPA and with efforts, had me on the road again in minutes! I can not express just how wonderful the customer service was. For exceptional service, go there!!
Would give more than 5 stars! Travelling Across Canada and our trailer from UHaul had the tread wear right off and was showing the cords of the tire. This happened 6km from Integra and we called them up and said they could fix her up! We got here at a busy time and they took care of us and sent us on our way in no more than forty five minutes! All the employee's were great and the waiting area was clean and bright. Would highly recommend for emergency tires repairs or your scheduled maintenance!!!
