Tire changeover and after service. VG as fast and complimentary tire torque done no problem. These folks are very service oriented and the lady receptionist and service writer is very friendly, always a smile and knows her job well.
Brought my jeep there for an alignment and to change the front ujoints on my axle, was told my balljoints are shot so couldn't do an alignment so thats understandable, a young mechanic came out when i picked my jeep up to run me through why they couldnt fix it only to find out that the mechanic who did it went home already and that the young mechanic was only told what to say, he told me that the mechanic who did try to do the alignment had very little experience doing alignment on my steering setup...which i wished i knew b... read more
Super friendly and accommodating.
Today, while I was with my client “G”, suddenly my car alerted me to my tire going flat. Although “G” was willing to assist me by changing, luckily it didn’t come to that. I turned into the first tire shop I saw and they were so wonderful…..a technician immediately assisted us and fixed my tire. “G” and I carried on to our picnic at the lake, Thank you INTEGRA Tire and Auto Centre Today….We weren’t alone.
