I highly recommend this workshop. I’m a foreigner, a traveler, and I’m just passing through for a few weeks in my motorhome. I had a problem with my motorhome, and since I was new to the area, I ended up at their workshop after visiting three others that wouldn’t help me. They were kind enough to welcome me, listen to me, and assist me without rushing—something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Their customer service really stood out. Went in to change a front wheel bearing done our car. Book time on that job is 2 hours. They ended up charging me 2 and 1/2 hours to do the job and even though I supplied my own parts the total bill came to just under $500 for a 2 hr job. This is the second time they overcharged me for a job. I now understand why they are not so busy and can get you in right away, every other shop in Summerland has a 1 to 2 week waiting period to get in (that has to tell you something) and they can get you in right away.
