yes , i agree terrible service especially when it comes to tire wrranty...
The guy driving the lifted white dodge with the Integra tire company logo on it always drives around Summerland like he stole the truck. I've seen him passing people multiple times on prarire valley road and treating it like it's a highway. Big thumbs down to you, never taking my business here
Stopped here twice in the past week to have something simple looked at on my car and the staff were amazing!
I Summerland Integra Tire Does not live up to there name. There is no integrity in that business or in Carol the ignorant owner. Two years ago I had them install an expensive special order performance suspension system I provided in my classic car. A few months later and only a half dozen drives in it(as its my summer car and I only have time to drive it once in while ) I hear a long bang while Im in Kelowna. I assume its the brakes. I just walked in for a bolt in the tire, they said ok, they fixed it quick and I was back on the road. Old school customer service with quick turnaround. They've earned my business.
