After waiting for three weeks to get tires brought in from another shop, and finally being told they were unlikely to have them in stock for a few months, I called the folks at Integra, on a Friday morning. I explained that I'd been driving on the donut for a few weeks and needed to order new winter tires. They quoted me for better tires at a better price and got me in the next day (Saturday). Integra Tire is hands down the greatest service for all things tire and wheel related in Stony Plain. Shawn and Lee go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend them to friends and family on a regular basis! The entire crew care so much about the community they serve! Props go to Shawn for hooking me up with these beauties! This old Chevy is a future project and all four wheels are looking spiffy!
This place is the definition of old fashioned service, we had a few interactions with them on small things and just recently had new tires purchased here Best customer service, quick turnaround and great pricing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else again
I went today to get my tire fixed and the staff were amazing! They were very friendly, professional and great time! My tire was fixed within 30 minutes.
