Our serpentine belt failed just west of town. The team was quick to pick us up and bring us to a Ford dealer in Regina to get the car fixed up. Many thanks for the efficient and professional rescue!
Went here for an out of province safety (which I thought I needed but I actually didn’t as my vehicle was newer than 5 years) and they went and did an alignment without my prior consent (also not sure how an alignment was needed as I had an alignment 2 weeks prior!). Will never take my car here ever again! $350 down the drain for nothing.
My family was taking a road trip across the country and six hours into our trip. Our engine stalled out and we were on the side of the road. Someone pulled over and suggested we call Darren at Integra tires we called and Darren came to our rescue within minutes. He towed us to the nearest hotel then after went out of his way to make sure we were safe and sound on the road back home. An angel in disguise.
We had a limited amount of time to get tires swapped over due to work schedules, although, even being very busy, Darren made time for us to rush in on Friday late afternoon and he and his staff made it happen! Great job to you all and many thank yous!!!
This weekend my daughter and I were on our way to Regina and noticed we started to have a slow leak in my tire. We stopped at Broadview to fill it with air and started to look to see where in Grenfell we could stop to get it fixed. We called Integra Tire and called for after hour support. Darren answered the phone and said he would meet us there and come in . We made it there- knowing it was after hours- I was ready to pay a large bill.
