This weekend my daughter and I were on our way to Regina and noticed we started to have a slow leak in my tire. We stopped at Broadview to fill it with air and started to look to see where in Grenfell we could stop to get it fixed. We called Integra Tire and called for after hour support. Darren answered the phone and said he would meet us there and come in . We made it there- knowing it was after hours- I was ready to pay a large bill. Had my car towed with them through CAA. Driver did not give me any notice or time to arrive and towed my car without me there. So there’s no way to know if it was me or my car, no keys, no confirmation of photo ID. Pretty tough to work on a car with no keys and having all the doors locked. Called to see if driver would pick up keys and was told to mail keys, immediately they made it my problem.
