I've been coming to Integra for tires in all of my vehicles for almost all of the past 35 years. With one exception many years ago, the service has always been top notch. This morning is a good example - I came in with one tire going flat and now all 4 are off and the beads being re-sealed. At no cost because I bought them here.
You won't get faster, more professional service than this place! Had some brake issues on the drive from AK through Canada. The mechanic fixed the problem in under two hours, saving us a great deal of time and money. Highly recommend these folks!
I am incredibly grateful for Geoff & Gerry at the mechanics shop! They may well have saved my life today! After getting brake warranty work done at the dealership in the morning, I knew within moments of pickup that my vehicle was not okay. I returned immediately to the dealership to have them check out the audible problem. They failed to correctly diagnose the issue and sent me on my way with assurances that my vehicle was safe to drive and that this new and loud noise had nothing to do with the work they performed today. I commend the team for their pride in their work. Jeff, in particular, was exceptionally helpful; he explained the car's problems in clear, understandable terms. I am very pleased with the service and have complete confidence in the mechanics at this workshop.
