I had a very disappointing experience at Integra Tire, especially with the front desk staff. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, and my time was completely wasted. In the end, I was told they don’t work on Mercedes and didn’t even know how to open the doors or the trunk. This is very surprising for a mechanic shop. The staff also lacked basic communication skills and courtesy when dealing with customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I never give reviews but I feel have to so that no one makes the mistake I did by going to Integra Tire. They charged me $635 to fix my wipers that were hitting each other and to replace my battery. The manager told me it’s because the policy is to charge for a half hour of labour for each issue - so they charged me to look at my wipers, fix my wipers, look at my battery and fix my battery. Spent over $3000 this summer and fall getting summer and winter tires and rims for our two Subarus. Brand new winter Continentals on new rims started to leak first two weeks of use, unfortunately one went flat before we could get back to get them checked. They checked and sure enough, the remaining tires had faulty valves. Straight out of the factory. They won't cover the replacement tire because "you drove on it while it was flat". Thanks Integra!
