Not impressed with the tire shop staff - and I don't mean the ones at the desk. They're fine - management just takes their word for everything even if it's completely wrong.
We brought our 2500 Ram in yesterday for a double battery replacement. The guys were helpful and kind. The first look at available replacement batteries sounded high, but they worked on finding us other great options that fit our budget along with sufficient crank amps, etc. We appreciated the honesty and timely service. Thank you, Dan!
They got us in and out on a very busy day. The cost was reasonable and the staff was very kind and helpful. A pleasure to deal with.
