Got an oil change and the attendant told me I might have a leak in my left rear tire. Took it to Integra, worried that they'd claim it wasn't fixable and that I'd have to buy a new tire. But it was a fixable leak, which they took care of for no extra charge than the original $43 for removal and inspection. Grateful for their honest business interaction.
Accidentally posted from another account, so once again: Grateful for the honest service at Integra Tire. They fixed a slow leak for no extra charge than the initial inspection fee. They didn't try to sell me a whole new tire. Fairly quick service, too. Thanks!
These guys are always helpful and polite.

Not impressed with the tire shop staff - and I don't mean the ones at the desk. They're fine - management just takes their word for everything even if it's completely wrong.
