I’ve used integra tire ever since moving to the creston area. Last spring I had them swap my winter tires out and confirmed with them they were good for another season. Booked an appointment to have them put back on last week, and was told they were unsafe to put back on would need to buy a brand new set of tires at a cost of over $1600. They said they refused to put the old winters on and needed to be replaced, I was forced to buy whatever tires they had in stock. Living in Crawford Bay north of Creston means we rely on shops in Creston. Over the past years myself, my employees, and lots of other people I know have thrown every job imaginable at Integra Tire. They do it right, fast and at a reasonable price. I gave them large backhoe tires, no problem.Today I had a complicated ( I thought 😜) job on my car involving new rims, two types of tires etc. Brian called me less than an hour later with the job done perfectly. My 18 year old went in for a 90 dollar oil change. She went in to pick it up and her bill was $135.00 They decided to upcharge with a cabin filter and anti freeze top up. Never asked for either. But THEY decided it was A-OK to add on with no thought to call and ask. I hadJUST changed the cabin filter, so that was a bust! She went in to get her $ returned, they refused. We picked up a screw in our tire coming through town. They got us it right away and they were done quickly.
