Recently I needed to replace a damaged front tire which involved a tire and rim insurance claim. I dealt with Lucy at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and efficient. It required a bit more extra work as only one tire was covered but she was happy to process the claim for me. The entire team at Integra always makes me feel welcomed and my business valued (including the shop mechanics). Thank you to Integra and the entire team!
