Horrible service. They say 100+tax to change over tires, plus $2 a weight. $205 later because they couldn't get the lugs off. Truck now has a low tire pressure sensor going off. They tried to shut the door on me, when I was in a cab, down the block. They said, "well if you get here before 12, if not, locking the doors right away." Just rude. Thinking I don't know what's going on. Ripped off. Would not recommend.
Very satisfied customer of Integra for 10 years in a different community, so decided to try the Brandon location to get my A/C Compressor replaced. They insisted on doing their own diag. For $160 even though I had it previously diagnosed by a mechanic and they found the same results. Quoted me $2300 to do the work, and asked to start the next day when parts arrived. They used the wrong refrigerant, as advised by the parts supplier, in my brand new air conditioning system which VOIDS THE WARRANTY! They want me to pay to fix the newly torpedoed compressor! Even after having a compassionate talk with head office there is no integrity to Integra tire. Looks like time to file papers
BEWARE!!! Very poor customer service !!! I was overcharged and when I asked for clarifications they were very rude . They charged me more for even work that wasn’t done . I was humiliated. It was a very terrible experience.
