We have had our phone system installed in 1996 and some of the technicians from the original install still come out for service in 2020. Originally Cady Telecommunications then progressing through many buy outs to current Allstream. Never have we been disappointed with the staff and their response times. We are still using the original handsets but upgraded the main system. I have never had so many problems with a phone company since allstream took over integra. Then when theres an issue, I’m on hold forever. I DO NOT have time for this! Not happy.
Horrendous customer service! I do NOT recommend Allstream to any company wanting clear phone lines and assistance when fraud is clearly present. We will be moving on from this company and will be sure to tell all our business associates about our horrible experience!
I have never had so many problems setting up a business account, making payments on a business account, or speaking with an actual person. Our phone and internet are double what others charge for half the service. I will be happy when our contract ends.
