This company is horrible!! They gave us the run around for a month about what needed to be done to fix our ac, then they show up and say it needs to be fully replaced. They wanted 11,000, we got a second opinion and it was fixed with in 10 mins!!! We were with out ac for a whole month because of them! My parents are elderly and had to suffer in the heat because they kept screw around with us!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the moment the technician walked into my home, his first comment was about how “old” my unit was. It quickly became clear that the focus was not on diagnosing or repairing the issue, but on pushing a full system replacement. I was told my unit needed refrigerant, which I already suspected. AC at the office recently quit working, I called Integra and they had a service tech out within a couple hours and discovered the unit was completely out. There was a slight misunderstanding on what needed to be done (my fault, not theirs), they worked with me to get the issue resolved. Jordan and Dillon did an awesome job getting us taken care of as well as a couple others whose names I do not have.

Great experience working with Integra Plumbing, on our renovation project. Chris Sanchez and Diego Hernandez were professional, reliable, and easy to work with on site.
