After all was done Terry Sawyer came out and did a highly professional job repairing my unit. His was very attentive to my concerns and wanted to make the repairs correctly. The unit is running like new!

Honestly the worst experience I have had I’m still waiting on an estimate to be send to me but for sure they took the service money quickly and they was more focus on putting many excuses on the unit been in the attic need to be cleaned then mention my unit is old also said compressor sounded like I was going out and it could cost me up to 6,000 dollars and I told them home warranty will pay for it but I need the estimate and nothing has arrived to my email do no hire them to do nothing on your units they suck

They tried to sell me a whole new system when I never even had a problem. Do not use this company. If you do call and get a second opinion. I called INTEGRA on July 23rd (Thursday) morning and they had someone out that afternoon around 2. The Tech checked the system for what I said I thought was wrong and spent about 30 minutes here. Said I for sure had a problem with a coil leak and he recommended a whole brand new system. Not to replace the part, a whole new system. Cannot tell you how happy we are with Integra Plumbing heating & air conditioning! The owner came out himself and replaced the broken part in 20 mins! Price wise… can’t beat and I have used several different companies during west Texas summer heat. Integra truly works with integrity, said what they were going to do and did the job as promised, that was a great experience thanks Chito!!! Definitely recommend, and has my business moving forward!

This company is horrible!! They gave us the run around for a month about what needed to be done to fix our ac, then they show up and say it needs to be fully replaced. They wanted 11,000, we got a second opinion and it was fixed with in 10 mins!!! We were with out ac for a whole month because of them! My parents are elderly and had to suffer in the heat because they kept screw around with us!
