We had used this company in the past. However to have ,Richard , Laughing on the phone, not listening and having to repeat information repeatedly is unprofessional especially when be a repeat consumer. We won't be doing business with this company in the future!!

Worst service, “would be” so called plumbers they sent out were so wet behind the ears they didn’t know what they were doing. Problem not solved, they never sent the invoice after the 11/23 visit, then had the audacity to send it almost a year and a half later. Rude & unprofessional caller calling from their office because they did an audit and needed it cleared up. Well I guess your bookkeeping is as good as your plumbing services.
