AC at the office recently quit working, I called Integra and they had a service tech out within a couple hours and discovered the unit was completely out. There was a slight misunderstanding on what needed to be done (my fault, not theirs), they worked with me to get the issue resolved. Jordan and Dillon did an awesome job getting us taken care of as well as a couple others whose names I do not have.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the moment the technician walked into my home, his first comment was about how “old” my unit was. It quickly became clear that the focus was not on diagnosing or repairing the issue, but on pushing a full system replacement. I was told my unit needed refrigerant, which I already suspected. Isaiah, Adrian, and Nathan responded to our service request for a clogged sewer line and resetting a toilet on a deteriorated flange. at the end of the day, these three plumbers cleared the sewer line, repaired the toilet flange, and reset the toilet. All three plumbers demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work.
