The idiotic and incompetent manager here directs the Port Imperial security guards. They are pointlessly aggressive, racist, stupid and delusional. It took weeks but I was finally able to contact the security supervisors who blamed me for the stalking and harassment by the patrol guards. This management company is the worst, they are unresponsive, the managers, billers even if you email the CEO no one responds. They have no knowledge of the codes, fire, parking or ADA codes. The attorneys they are disrespectful and if you say something in a HOA meeting, they don't like they demand the manager mute you on zoom but if you were in person, they would not have that right. Where can you find a Management Company that loses HOA election ballots, has a property manager inappropriately speaking and answering emails and is a failure at communication ——- You found them If I could give them a zero!!
Absolute worst!!! Staff is rude as is the owner. Staff ignored countless emails and only visited the site after the community complained. Board members were forced to do a lot of the work. Glad to be rid of them!!!
