A close friend recommended Sandra to me. I went to see her due to digestive issues that has gotten to the point where almost all foods were giving me issues. Wonderful experience! My 8 years old daughter always woke up many times during the night, but since the first visit she has slept through. I see her much calmer, and even she is amazed at how well she slept this week. Sandra is very kind, caring, and inspires trust. She knows how to work with children and adults. A great plus is that she also speaks Spanish, which makes the experience even warmer for Spanish speakers. I definitely recommend her, and we will keep going, now also for me.
Very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. Advice/Guidance is direct, simple to follow, and most importantly helpful for things I have been unable to find help for elsewhere. Some personal commitment is needed here to see results, as with anything worth doing. You'll get out of it what you put in. Sandra is wonderful at what she does and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about giving this a try.
