Extremely unprofessional. Three of us went in to open a new bank account for a DBA for a series of Travel Books where we have already published the first book, and plan to publish several more books going forward. They said the business manager wasn't there and would call us back first thing in the morning with more info. We let them make a copy of our notarized DBA paperwork.
