I have to say that Dr. Diana is an amazing professional, but two of the receptionists at the Vancouver location provided terrible customer service. I asked several times for my eye exam report — in person, by phone twice (one of those times someone hung up on me), and by email — but no one was able to do something that simple until I went back in person, when finally one person helped me
I've had an excellent experience at Integra Eyecare, on Kingsway! From the moment I walked in with my family, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, making the entire visit feel smooth and stress-free.
