I am a patient of Dr. Schertzer, and was VERY late for my appointment; due to Transit "interruptions", City roadwork and my own 'mobility issues' ! BUT ... the young lady at the reception counter was very understanding and told me SHE Would do the exam ... ON HER LUNCH BREAK ! WOW ... I sure appreciated that ... and I hope "Integra Eyecare" OR Dr. Schertzer/Dr. Orton ?appreciate HER ... for being so selfless and attending to This patients' needs IN A MOST POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL WAY !!! Dr Reis and his team always provide exceptional service. He deeply cares about his patients and is incredibly knowledgeable. I recommend anyone in search of a new eye clinic to visit Integra’s new Vancouver location.
Dr.Askarpoor provided me with the best optometry care I could have asked for. Not only did she educate me about my eyes, but she took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly assess me. She truly cares about you and ensuring your eye health is the best it can be. So grateful to have found a doctor like her at such an awesome clinic like Integra - shout out to Pamela the amazing front desk receptionist and Hilda the optometry assistant, you guys were awesome!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The equipment there was very up-to-date. Dr. Annie Huang is awesome. She's very patient with my many questions and her explanation was very clear and easy to understand.
