Adam and Donny were great. When I set up the appointment I was told someone would be here by 8am and Adam rolled in about 7:59. He was very thorough in advising what his diagnostics revealed and what needed to be done. When he left everything was back where it started and there was no trace of him having been working in the home. Donny took the time to thoroughly explain what services should be performed beyond what today needed and the options I had to get them done. If I could give them each 10 stars I would.

Daniel and Nash did an excellent job. They put in an entire new panel, with all new circuit breakers. They were courteous and checked everything, to verify that it was working. Also, placed a dedicated circuit to the sunroom and a dedicated circuit to the refrigerator in the garage. This was to prevent anything from tripping. I am satisfied that when we go to sell the house everything will be up to code and pass inspection. I’m a happy customer!

First day of a long process. Alexander kept me in the loop as to what was going on, was considerate of my need to access parts of the house while they worked on electrical access. Professional, neat and courteous. Several days in and Dustin has offered several solutions to possible problems. Many messes that were cleaned up perfectly. Adam and Carter did a fantastic job. They came out late on a workday due to my work flexibility. They were extremely thorough. Did not feel rushed at all. Did a complete inspection and came up with multiple option to suit my needs and reviewed each option with me. They were very polite and pleasant I did not feel like I was being pressured at all which is great because that often happens when companies come to your home. They really know their stuff! Will definitely recommend Integra to friends and family!

Adam was a very professional and knowledgeable representative of Integra, and the first person we’ve ever met from Integra! He was absolutely wonderful, clean cut and had great customer service! Awesome first impression!
