SKETCHY practice. DO NOT trust them. I called to make an appointment and I was told I needed to leave a $50 dollar deposit. The appt was scheduled for 3 days out. I then was sent an email saying I needed to bring my medical records to the appt. I called my Dr's and they said it could be up to 7 business days. I called them 2 hours later to cancel my appointment and explained to them I would not be able to have my records on that date. She cancelled it and told me I would still be charged the $50, that it was their policy. I ... read more
Everyone was wonderful and was very patient with my husband it is all new to us but we now have a better understanding thanks to the Nurse Eva she is so sweet but when we checked out i felt very rushed and confused and the woman said she was not going to bother to explain to us and to just come back for help because she would do it for us but she messed up my husbands registration with the state and it took so long to get his card but we now have it
