I have been using Intego since October of 2011 and I have to tell you we have been through a lot of Apple upgrades since then. Also one or two times where I have needed to restore my music and photos. It has worked every time. Such a simple and surgical backup program. I love being able to choose what I want to back up. Occasionally, I need a little assistance and guidance from the folks at Intego, installing Catalina was one of those times. Of course Chris stuck with me and everything is working perfectly.
