Worked here for about a year, Was one of the worst company cultures I ever experienced, with some very mediocre leaderhip, Little or no innovative thinking, very much follow the herd and try to become more profitable by the 'cut cost' route and follow the numbers laid out by an external consultants company. ( who have sold the same schtick to 20 other MD makers).Maybe nice place to work if you dont want to think too much , love DEI, beige is your favorite color, and are happy with average salary and have no ambition
This company doesn't believe in family or compassion. My wife worked there for about 2 months. Her senior father fell and fractured his hip. The father lives 1600 miles away and needed support. My wife told them she had a family emergency and she needed to go. They told her go ahead we'll send you paperwork for FMLA and or some other benefits.
