Great customer service--was very quick and responsive.
Kevin and Anthony provided professional and quick help, they offered me help directly without asking many questions about serial numbers or whether I am the real buyer etc like other company do. the product description in the website is full of detail and caring with real helping spirit. I have been using Jnior since the year 2010 for cinema automation use in China and they never go malfunction, it's really one trusty product.
Can't say enough good things about Integ. Support is amazing - immediate response, and always the right answer. Their developers are also incredible with their turn around - "Oh, that feature doesn't exist? That's a good idea, we'll make it right now, expect a new release by EOD." Who else does this?? Absolutely blown away with the level of support and service these folks provide!
