Always friendly when I walk past them on my breaks down the road. Love how cute and well kept the area is
I would love to recommend the machine but I just can't bring myself to because of the absolutely atrocious customer service from the company. The m/c is a beast, it has been a delight running it. Set it off and I can check on it periodically just to see how it's going. Getting an email reply from the supplier on the other hand is impossible, they don't return phone calls or answer voicemails. We are generally happy with the machine, but their service partners are a disaster. Xeno in Tampa in particular and they do not replace faulty supplies. Do not buy their machines, there are way better solutions on the market.
after 2 printers & lots of frustration, we switched to another brand & have never been happier. I have asked Intec for a refund of the balance I have on account from a returned order - they will not give it to us because "that was last year" so they're only offering supplies.....supplies to a printer we hate & do not use.
