Our 3rd pool using the copper ionization system. 10/10 recommend. This is my pool after a week of rain. It’s just so easy to take care of. Also Steve is so helpful and quick to respond when you have questions or an issue.
Had a problem with the pool ionazation unit. Lawn care people hit i with the weed wacker then tried to repair the ellectrodes. Really bad. Called them in an annoyrd mood and they were great. Got me the part right away and helped me make my own repair. Great customer service. And by the way, the unit works great. We are in South florida and i thought it may be hard to use with the very warm water tempatures and keep the alge down. But it works great, Using for a couple of years now. Steve knows his stuff. Knows his product ... read more

We are way more than happy with the cv50 copper ionizer and all the help we have received from Steve! He is extremely quick to respond and to give tips on how to take care of our pool. This is our first pool and after doing some research on “freshwater”pools I found Intec America and will definitely recommend this product to anyone building a pool. It has proven to be be very effective and simple to keep in levels and clarity in check! ZERO CHLORINE, ZERO SALT, ZERO SHOCK!

We worked with Steve McCune who walked us through every aspect of the system. We made the first purchase for our then 33' round pool in Missouri. This pool was a 28,000 gallon pool and maintenance on it was incredibly simple. Our current 500 gallon hot tub requires more of my ... read more
