Unprofessional staff, rude, condescending, no manners. Takes forever to be able to make an appointment with the dr. I read other reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, well other reviews were right and this is not a doctor you want to deal with. His staff needs a serious customer service class to learn how to work with the public. No patient should be treated the way they treat people at this doctors office.
The receptionists behind the desk are beyond rude! I cannot stress that enough! I wish I remembered their names(I believe their names are either Nasima? or Farhana?), but their attitudes are so appalling. I have taken my brother there who has a developmental disability (Aspergers). You would think that working at a neurologist's office aka a BRAIN DOCTOR's that they would have the common sense and compassion to be kind to every single patient, since every patient is coming in has a BRAIN issue??

Most of the patients visiting this office have serious neurological conditions and may require a little bit of sympathy. i've met such horrible workers at a doctor's office in my life. They show no sympathy, let alone empathy. They have lazy girls who will delay simple things like getting permission from the insurance for necessary medications, or any type of paperwork. It is not the place I would send my family to ever again. wait time to see doctor is atleast 3 hours! im not even exaggerating
He is very through and knowledgeable
He is a excellent neurology that I have in my life I recommend him as one of the best.
