What an absolute horrible experience. Maybe the worse online ordering experience I've ever had. They handle all promotional items for our company and I ordered a light gray 1/4 zip pullover that was described as lightweight fleece. I get a notification that the item was placed on backorder. I reply that it is fine, I'm happy to wait. After about 2 months it finally arrives and it is charcoal gray in front and solid black in back. We recently worked with Amber and the team at InTandem for several items for a non-profit client of ours to sell and to hand out as gifts. Amber worked with us on a variety of items and was so easy and professional to work with. We have ordered just about all of our Company promo items from InTandem - hats, sweatshirts, tshirts, journals, pens, mugs - we essentially have our own store now. We kept ordering because they made it so simple. They are easy to work with and even helped us come up with new ideas for items we hadnt thought of yet. Ordering online was a breeze as well. Overall - great products, high quality, good price - they are a fantastic partner and we will continue ordering.
