Une très mauvaise expérience d'annulation d'assurance. J'annule mon assurance habitation, ils tente de prélever l'argent dans mon compte (alors que l'assurance est annulée), le montant ne passe pas et ils te facturent des frais additionnels qu'ils tentent à plusieurs reprises de prélever l'argent de mon compte. Pour une compagnie majeure comme Intact, c'est vraiment décevant de voir des agissements avec un manque d'éthique professionnelle.
Suite à mon expérience, récente et plus que satisfaisante, avec M. Mathieu Labrie, je tiens à ce que ses compétences autant professionnelles qu'humaines soient reconnues par son administration. Je dois admettre que M. Labrie, en dépit de mes réserves et hésitations, a su me convaincre d'adopter un choix que je n'avais nullement envisagé auparavant. Un tel professionnel doit être vivement encouragé!
Avoid this company at all costs! I had insurance on my vehicle with them, over two months ago someone hit and run my van, they were arrested and I was found at 0% liability and no fault, my vehicle was written off and they barely talked with me, they did tell me they were ready to pay me out twice, once my email and once by phone than they put my file "under prejudice" and are trying their best not to pay me out for my total loss claim, they essentially stole my property and won't give me anything, worst company to deal with... read more
Incroyable!!! Après plus de 35 ans avec intact, lors de mon changement d’auto, je profite pour faire une soumission avec Desjardins assurance. Réduction de 700$ par Rapport à Intact, assurance habitation 1400$ de moins qu’intact. Intact vous êtes gênant et des profiteurs de clients fidèles qui vous font confiance. Terminé à tout jamais pour vous, je ne vous qualifierez pas ici mais mon qualificatif vous le savez, ça semble être votre ADN. Depuis combien d’années je me faisais complètement exploité.
