Inzone in Rancho Cordova, CA bought the agency that I have had my policies with for many years, they were called Coriano Insurance Agency in Phoenix, AZ. There is zero customer service now that the employees from Coriano Agency I've been with for years now are employed by Inzone. I thought your ins. agent was supposed to work to get you the best and lowest rates possible that they could do. I did not feel that they were working in my best interest. They compared to previous year and estimated my pay out for my business without consulting with me which resulted in a much higher premium and when I addressed this issue they tried to explain it away but could not even explain it correctly.
