Jaky has been taking care of my business insurance for over 3 years now. She's a problem-solver, very quick to respond, and just an all-around customer service superstar. She's incredibly professional, knowledgable, and kind. If it weren't for her, I would be a mess when it comes to the business insurance!
The agent who got me this home owners policy called and told me that if i didn't fix a couple of damaged pickets on a fence they were going to drop me. I needed to fix the fence send pictures in, and sign a document. The email with the document said they were not bound until the document was signed and received by both parties. I cannot afford to be dropped especially over a few pickets so i found a new company.
