Ruth was factastic to deal with, including a personal call to us before our policy renewed. She is courteous, efficient and a wonderful lady to deal with!
Every time I try to get on their website it says sorry things aren't going so well try again later. If I try to do it through their answering service they keep putting me on hold for10 to 15 minutes. There just doesn't seem to be a reasonable way to communicate with them. They sure took the payment in a hurry with no problem. 🙄
